Michael: Churchill said it long before any of our current parrots were even hatched. No, this post wasn't about anything in particular but about everything in general. I ran across the quote in my reading and decided that it was all too apt. I'd heard it before, but reading it in context, in Churchill's parliamentary debates, brought it to life afresh.
