I can't imagine how an historical revisionist like Follett will handle the apparent subject of this latest novel. One thing for sure, it will be an interesting read!
I loved Pillars of the Earth for the realistic portrayal of cathedral building even as I clenched my teeth and grumbled about the anachronistic feminist themes and uncomplimentary portrayal of Christian leaders.
